Installing the extension

Manovre will install in Chrome from the Chrome Web Store, where it is being published. It will require Chrome 120 or later. Versions for Edge, Arc, Brave, Safari and Firefox will follow: leave your email to be told when it opens.

Connecting your agent

1. Open the Manovre panel and choose “Connecter mon agent” (Connect my agent). The panel shows an MNV-… code, valid for 10 minutes and a single use. Copy it.
2. Send this code to your agent, for example on Telegram: “Connect to Manovre with the code MNV-…”. The panel then shows your agent's name.
3. Your agent needs Manovre's tools. Whoever runs it adds them once, with the address of Manovre's MCP server: https://api.manovre.com/mcp.

Switching Manovre on for a page

1. Open the page your agent should work on.
2. In the panel, click “Activer” (Activate). A banner appears at the top of the page and the icon shows “ON”.
3. Give your agent its task. Every action it takes is shown in the panel.

To stop everything: Stop in the panel, or “Arrêter” (Stop) in the banner. Manovre also stops on its own after 15 minutes without any action, or when you close the panel.

Frequently asked questions

My agent says “No tab activated”. Open the panel on the right page and click “Activer”.

My agent says its code or token is refused. The code has expired (10 minutes) or has already been used, or the agent was disconnected, or its access expired (24 hours without use, 30 days at most). Ask for a new code with “Connecter mon agent”.

The panel asks me to allow another site. Your agent wants to leave the site it started on. Accept or refuse: with no answer within 25 seconds, the answer is no.

My agent doesn't click “Pay”. That is on purpose: Manovre never clicks a payment or order button. That click stays yours.

My agent can't see the password field. That is the default setting. You can allow sensitive fields in the panel's settings, after reading the warning. Even then, Manovre never reads what they contain.

Can I switch agents? Yes. Choose “Déconnecter” (Disconnect), then ask for a new code for the other agent. Only one agent is in control at a time.

Why did an action fail? A request lasts 45 seconds at most. If the page has changed in the meantime, your agent reads it again before trying again.

Deleting your data

In the panel's settings, “Delete my data” erases everything linked to your installation on our server. “Déconnecter” (Disconnect) only removes your agent's access. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it kept in your browser. For anything else, write to contact@antony-rouxel.com. Details are in the extension privacy policy.

Uninstalling Manovre

In Chrome, right-click the Manovre icon, then choose “Remove from Chrome”. You can also use the chrome://extensions page.
