Privacy policy

Data we collect

Through the waitlist form: your first and last name, your email address, your browser and, if you give it, your company. We also record the language of the page and the date you signed up.

Purpose and legal basis

To tell you when Manovre opens and invite you to try it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with a simple email. No other marketing without your agreement, and your data is never sold.

Recipients

Antony Rouxel and his team. To reach us, your data passes through the site's host (Vercel, United States), the services that send the form (the site's mailbox at Hostinger and, as a backup, FormSubmit) and the mailbox that receives sign-ups (Gmail, Google). These providers may process your data outside the European Union. For Vercel and Google, these transfers are covered by safeguards recognised by the European Commission (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

Until Manovre opens and your invitation is sent, then for at most 3 years from our last contact. You can ask to leave the list at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to antony.coaching@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts are hosted on the site itself: your browser contacts no third-party service to display them.
